Vidalia Onion
2 large Vidalia onions
8 beef bullion cubes
real butter
foil
Skin the onions. Cut a hole in the top, and three around the onion,
a little larger than a bullion cube. Fill each hole with a cube and butter
to where it is packed. Wrap tightly with foil. Place over low coals 30-45
min or until sides mash in easily.
